There are two key parts to this year’s census we are asking Vineyard pastors & staff members to participate in. 

1) 2021 Census sent to senior pastors or their designated administrator to understand our church. 

2) ChurchSalary Survey sent out to every staff member of your church. 

This information will help the National Team to better serve your church and help us secure a $1M+ grant from the Lilly Foundation to serve pastors in their financial health.

Please fill out the information using 2021 data thoroughly,  honestly, and quickly so it can help us serve you and other Vineyard pastors and churches!

1. Church Census
This is our annual survey which is sent to each senior pastor and any designated administrators. If you accessed the census portal last year, your user information will be the same (as a reminder, your username is the email address to which the census email was sent, and usernames are case-sensitive).

2. ChurchSalary Survey

Each of your staff members listed in our database (including volunteer ministry leaders) will receive a separate email with a link to fill out a survey from ChurchSalary. This survey will help us with our grant application for our potential $1M with the Lilly Foundation to serve churches and pastors in their financial health and will be used to guide the work of the National Team. We are making every effort to have as many staff members participate as possible to get the best data to serve the movement.

This survey must be filled out by each staff member individually, and information will be confidential. 

In case you have had staffing changes since you last updated your information in our database, we will also provide a generalized survey link that you can pass along to anyone on your church staff who did not receive a link. If they cannot find the email in their inbox, search “Vineyard Church Staff Salary Survey” as a subject line.
